Andrew is a Toronto based producer, recording engineer and musician with an abundance of production and performance experience.
As a freelance engineer he has worked with a wide array of artists including producing and recording albums for Stepper, Kids Eat Crayons,
The D.W. Lee Trio, Groove Attic and The Thundertones. He has also done session drumming for The Sam Davidson Group, Collection Get,
American Astronaut Love Triangle and Joe Miller and has played in numerous ensembles including the D.W. Lee Trio and seminal Montreal
Ska band, Stepper.
Realizing his passion for music, Andrew began studying Jazz Drums and Music Technology at McGill University after a brief stint in
the faculty of Science. In 2006 he began his Masters in Sound Recording at McGill where he was fortunate to study with multi-Grammy
award winning engineer George Massenburg and producer Steve Epstein, as well as acclaimed Canadian producer/engineer Jeff Wolpert
and renowned classical producer Martha De Francisco. He has also completed internships with the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra and
Nettwerk Records and recently recorded at famed Nashville Recording Facility, Blackbird Studios. Andrew is a creative and conscientious
individual with a passion for working with musicians and music of any genre while maintaining the highest standards of artistic quality
and audio fidelity.
